I was asked to bring a dessert to our bishopbric Christmas party. I could always use an excuse to buy the yummy cream puffs from Costco, but wanted to dress it up. This is what I came up with.
This is really cool.. what do they call these.. croquenbruche? I'm sure the spelling is way off. I bet that sucker was delicious. Did you get a million compliments or what?!
It tasted as good as it looks! You can NEVER go wrong with Costco cream puffs! We all LOVED it! I'll have to remember this idea later! You could even replace the cream puffs with cake bites for a bday party instead of a traditional cake.
Me? Is there much time left for that after mothering a 2 1/2 year old pre-madonna and a 6 month old? I guess that about sums it up. Oh, and I'm "mother" to 10 other 12 and 13 year old girls!
